There are three types of pilot implementation processes:
- Goal oriented (Reimerswaal, …)
- Participatory process oriented (pilots in the UK)
- Planning process oriented (DAPP Denmark)
Differences are mainly based on the governance context, the organization in the lead in the pilot and the role in the FRGA.
