|Summary=The research group collaborates with many partners in a study about the impact of a flooding of the Reimerswaal area, both locally and regionally. The research is about the cascade-effects of a flooding disrupting the vital infrastructure and measures to decrease the socio-economic impact and enhance possibilities for recovery of society. This study offers several possibilities for students assignments. For semester 2 in 2015/2016 assignments are available about analyzing the vulnerability of the critical infrastructure in Reimerswaal. An assignment can for example be focused at an in-depth analysis of the vulnerability of the civil works (roads, rail, sluices) or the electricity and communication networks (ICT, phone, etc).
